Psychological interventions are a set of scientifically refined strategies which can help to explain where you are, where you need to go and which is the best way for you to get there. Keeping the process simple, safe and effective is one of my top priorities.
If throughout life we learn through experience, then in psychology it is believed that the efficiency of a given intervention needs to be demonstrated through carefully planned experiments. Psychotherapy, counselling, coaching or mentoring may become effective only when planned in line with scientific standards.
I design my interventions according to the latest evidence-based standards (such as the NICE guidelines). You can therefore expect to benefit of relevant assessments, insightful exercises and a unique strategy tailored to your needs.

Psychotherapy, counselling and coaching are complementary psychological interventions and yes, I provide them all with no hesitation. My practical and academic background allows me to research and apply the knowledge required for building relevant skills that can be easily transferred across contexts.

Applied cognitive and behavioral principles
According to recent research, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is the most effective psychological approach. This means, that our mind’s reactions are best explained by a psychological framework that takes into account the interaction between our thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
I find the CBT approach as being the most rigourous, intuitive and flexible. As psychological techniques are in high demand, this allows me to easily apply the most useful theories across contexts, for self-improvement, organisational development, community change or business development.
